Designations held by the firm’s professionals
The firm’s professionals hold eight designations across real property, going-concern valuation, appraisal review, investment analysis, right-of-way and international standards, and the firm treats each as a standard its work is held to. Each is awarded by its professional body after education, demonstrated experience and the review of the candidate’s work, and each is maintained through that body’s continuing education requirement and standards of practice.
State appraiser credentials are furnished with the firm’s vendor documents on request.

Disciplines beyond these designations
Where an engagement calls for a discipline beyond these, such as machinery and equipment or intangible assets, the firm supplies it from within or engages a designated professional for the assignment, which is the practice of the national and international firms.
Engagements begin with a conversation about the property, the intended use and the date the report is needed.
The firm responds within one business day and arranges a call from there.
